Ingredients
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced hot pepper (to taste)
- ¼ c. reduced sodium soy sauce
- ¼ c. red wine vinegar
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 t. ground thyme
- ½ t. nutmeg
- ½ t. allspice
- ¼ t. ground cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor until all mixed together into a sauce consistency.
- Pour over cooked chicken, tofu, tempeh—the main dish of your choice.
- Bake at 375 degrees 10-15 minutes until crispy and tasty!
