Creamy Black Bean Dip

This lightly-flavored bean dip is a great appetizer. It is quick and easy to make. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Combine the black beans, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, salt, onion powder, and chili powder in a food processor; pulse until creamy.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
